All SelectShelf products are freshly prepared after you place your order. Due to the handmade and perishable nature of food, slight variations in taste, size, or appearance may occur.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. We do not provide refunds for cancellations.

4. Returns Policy

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we follow a No Return Policy. Once delivered, food products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

If you receive a damaged product (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

If you receive the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

👉 In such cases, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued.
